We’re Shack Breakfast & Lunch—a morning crew serving up scratch-made meals with a side of good vibes.

Servers are responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while dining with us. Serving guests by taking food and drink orders and bringing and removing dishes in a timely manner. With this job title, you are expected to serve our guests with professionalism, hospitality, and a friendly smile. All while making sure our guests feel valued, important, and comfortable.

Job Duties:

Set up workstations with all necessary items to ensure a successful shift
Attend to all guests requests
Take food and beverage orders
Communicate with other operational areas, kitchens & bars, with guests requests
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
Ensure all food and other items are prepared properly
Check the quality of ingredients
Promote dedication through excellent service

Requirements

Proven experience as a server
Ability to work in a team
Excellent Communication Skills
18 Years or older

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
